The North Face’s strategy revolves around the core belief that exploration is a fundamental human need, encouraging people to push their boundaries and discover new possibilities. “Born to Roam” This idea taps into the belief that humans are naturally driven to explore and wander. The North Face would position itself as the essential gear for those born with the instinct to roam freely - whether across rugged terrains or new urban environments.




1.The window display will capture the spirit of exploration and adventure, immersing passersby in the “Born to Roam” ethos. The backdrop will feature a panoramic mountain range or rugged wilderness scene, creating a sense of depth and movement. Mannequins dressed in The North Face gear will be positioned dynamically.
2.Cliff-Hanging Storefronts create large billboard where mannequins and gear displays are designed to look like they are hanging off cliffs, mountainsides, or icy walls, as if part of an expedition.
3.The experiential Interactive Bus Shelters with Temperature Control Systems that simulate extreme weather conditions - cold, wind, rain - to allow people to test The North Face gear while they wait.
